Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a UPS Ground tracking number.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our Brooklyn, NY studio. We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or severe weather conditions.

 

Pickup Option

Local customers may select “Pickup” at checkout to collect orders directly from our Brooklyn workspace. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions and building access details.

 

Damages & Claims

Every Blob Light is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@bloblights.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

 

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Once a shipment has been processed, we’re unable to change the delivery address. Blob Lights is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
